I’ve tried mindfulness before and nothing happened, how is this different?
We’re dedicated to helping people with chronic arthritis apply and adapt mindfulness to their specific experience for relief, support and resilience.
Will my teacher have experience with arthritis themselves?
Yes. Our teachers have many years of applying mindfulness to their own conditions and/or guiding groups to do the same.
Do I have to share personal details?
No. Share only what you want, when you want.
Is this a support group?
It’s an experiential practice group with supportive sharing—no fixing, no diagnosing.
