Our Happiness Habits groups were created in collaboration with the Greater Good Science Center at UC Berkeley, based on their popular Science of Happiness course taken by over 600,000 people.
What Are Happiness Habit Groups?
They’re where we meet to exercise our happiness muscles and hang out with each other.
They’re also weekly online groups guided by highly-trained teachers, offering a space for growth and connection. And, in this case, for happiness to flourish!
Each group session includes meditation, sharing, and practicing with peers, all centered around proven practices for living happier today.
